THE HOUSE

Welcome home.

House of Clean was built on a pretty simple idea: cleaning should feel a lot less ordinary.

We looked around at the cleaning industry and saw a lot of the same thing - beige websites, stock photos, awkward booking forms, vague promises and cleaning companies that felt, well… a little bit dated.

So we thought: surely we can do better.

House of Clean is a modern residential cleaning service built for people who want their homes looked after properly, without the old-school fuss that seems to come with booking a cleaner.

We’re here to make having a clean home feel easy.

No awkward phone calls. No wondering who is turning up. No guessing what your cleaner is actually going to do. No dragging out the vacuum on your day off because you've spent the week telling yourself you'll get around to it.

Just book it, leave it to us, and come home to a house that feels bloody good.

THIS IS THE HOUSE.

Think of House of Clean as the home behind the home.

We're not just a person with a mop and a bucket taking bookings when they're free. We're building something bigger: a proper cleaning workforce, built around great people, great systems and really good cleaning.

Behind every booking is a team working to make the whole experience feel seamless - from the moment you book, to the moment your cleaner walks through the door, to that first little ahhh when you come home.

Our cleaners are the heart of the House.

We want cleaning to be a job people are proud to do, not something they're simply trying to get through. That means creating a workplace where our people are respected, supported, properly equipped and treated like the professionals they are.

Because we don't think you get exceptional service by treating the people delivering it as an afterthought.

Look after the team, and the team looks after the house.

WE'RE A LITTLE OBSESSED WITH THE DETAILS.

A clean home isn't just about whether the floors have been vacuumed.

It's the crumbs that somehow ended up underneath the toaster.

The fingerprints around the light switches.

The bathroom that suddenly looks like you've got your life together.

The fresh sheets.

The dust sitting quietly on that one shelf you keep forgetting exists.

The kitchen bench you can actually see again.

It's all those little things that collectively make your home feel clean.

That's why our approach isn't about racing through a checklist as quickly as humanly possible.

It's about doing the job properly.

We work to clear the everyday mess, tackle the grime and leave your home feeling fresh, cared for and ready to be lived in again.

We finish fast. We never cut corners.

CLEANING, WITHOUT THE CORPORATE ENERGY.

We don't think booking a cleaner should feel like applying for a mortgage.

House of Clean is designed to be simple, straightforward and a little more fun.

Our website is easy to use.

Our services are easy to understand.

Our bookings are managed properly.

Our communication is clear.

And our team knows what they're there to do.

We're building the kind of cleaning company we'd actually want to use ourselves.

Modern where it matters.
Human where it counts.
A little bit cheeky because why not?

PEOPLE ARE THE POINT.

We're building House of Clean around people.

That means the people whose homes we clean and the people doing the cleaning.

We want our customers to feel comfortable welcoming a House of Clean cleaner into their home.

We want our cleaners to feel proud to wear the House of Clean name.

And we want everyone involved to know exactly what they're getting.

Our team members are selected, onboarded and supported so that we're not simply sending a random person to your front door.

We're building a workforce.

That means systems, training, standards, communication and accountability — the boring stuff behind the scenes that makes the fun stuff work properly.

Because a good cleaning business isn't just about having cleaners.

It's about having a good team.

YOUR HOME IS YOUR HOME.

We know that letting someone into your home is personal.

It's not just four walls and a floor plan.

It's where you sleep.
Where you eat.
Where you leave your laundry on the chair.
Where your dog thinks they own the couch.
Where life happens.

That's why we treat every home with respect.

We're guests in your space, and we act like it.

We don't judge the dishes.

We don't judge the laundry.

We don't care how long it's been since you cleaned behind the fridge.

We've seen it all.

Our job isn't to make you feel bad about your home.

Our job is to make it feel good again.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE.

House of Clean isn't about creating homes that look like they've been staged for a magazine.

Real homes get messy.

People work long hours.
Kids make mess.
Dogs shed everywhere.
Life gets busy.
Sometimes the weekend disappears and the bathroom hasn't been touched.

That's exactly why we're here.

Whether you want someone to keep your home ticking over every week, give it a proper reset every fortnight, or rescue the place after life has got a little out of hand — we're here for it.

No judgement.

Just clean.

A HOUSE IS MORE THAN A CLEANING SERVICE.

We're building House of Clean with the bigger picture in mind.

Today, we're focused on residential cleaning.

Tomorrow, we want to be the name people think of when they think:

"Who can I trust to look after my home?"

That means constantly improving how we work, investing in our people, making booking easier, building better systems and listening to the people who actually use our service.

We're not interested in being the biggest cleaning company just for the sake of saying we're the biggest.

We want to be the one people actually want to book.

The one cleaners want to work for.

The one customers recommend without being asked.

The one that makes cleaning feel less like a chore and more like something you can simply hand over and forget about.

SO, WELCOME TO THE HOUSE.

We're House of Clean.

A little different.
A little obsessed.
Very into clean homes.

We're here to take one thing off your plate and do it properly.

You live your life.

We'll handle the cleaning.

Welcome to House of Clean.

Come on in.
